SIA „Papīrfabrika „Līgatne”” (Paper mill “Ligatne” Ltd.) is the one of oldest and rich in traditions paper producers not only in Baltic countries, but also in Europe. Today Līgatne paper mill is the only paper production mill in Latvia. All paper produced in the paper mill uses waste paper as raw material. By using recycled fibres Ligatne paper mill gives its share for environmental protection.

Paper mill “Līgatne” is an active waste paper collector in Latvia and the other Baltic countries.The company specialises in production of art papers for schools and young artists, core board and paper cores, special purpose technical and packaging papers. The paper mill exports 70-80 % of its products
